Do you just celebrate birthdays?

We celebrate many occasions besides birthdays. Other popular events are promotions, births, anniversaries, retirements, graduations, proposals, parties, holidays, weddings, engagements, etc.

How much does a Flamingo Greetings surprise cost? Where do you deliver?

Any display is $75*. We are based in Covington, but serve much of southeast Louisiana. A delivery charge may apply to areas outside our western St. Tammany location. The cost of a lawn greeting display is about the same as sending flowers, but it's more fun and the impact lasts much longer!

When do you deliver and pick up the displays?

We deliver the displays between midnight and 6:00 a.m. guaranteed. Other delivery times can be arranged. We pick up the displays at or after dark the same evening. We try and pick up the displays as close to sundown as possible to deter theft. Later pickups can be arranged, if needed.

Is a message sign included with my displays?

Yes. The sign has 7 lines for your message. You can design your own phrase, or if you prefer, we have dozens of phrases for any occasion to match the lawn display you have selected. You can add to the fun by choosing to remain anonymous, or we can leave a card with your personal message. The card is tied to the front-door handle with curling ribbon.

How far in advance should I plan my surprise?

We can perform a same-day or next-day delivery if needed, but normally give us a one week notice.

Where do you deliver?

We are located in Covington, LA. We serve the following areas: St. Tammany Parish: Covington, Folsom, Abita Springes, Mandeville, Madisonville, Slidell, Lacombe, Pearl River and points between; Jefferson Parish: Metairie, Kenner, River Ridge and Harahan; Orleans Parish: Lakeview, Please call for other areas; Tangipahoa Parish: Hammond & Pontchatoula; Washington Parish: Bogalusa; Livingston Parish: Denham Springs and Walker; and surrounding areas.

Should I order the same number of critters as the person's age?

You can order the flamingos or other critters in your lawn greeting to match the person's age, but we recommend going with the standard yard displays listed. It is more important to have a full, eye-catching display than to count critters!

Do you deliver in bad weather?

Yes, we deliver in most weather conditions. We do reserve the right to cancel a yard display if we feel the delivery would be a danger to the delivery person. In those cases, we will contact you to reschedule or refund your fees.

Do you deliver to offices?

Yes! It is a fun way to share a special day with your co-workers. We can set up a yard display outside the building (you must obtain permission first) or in a person's office or cubicle. This takes some careful planning, so call us to discuss.

Do you deliver every day of the week?

Yes, 7 days and nights.

How do I place my order?

We take most orders over the phone or online. You can pay by major credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. You can mail a personal check, cashier's check, or money order if time permits. Orders must be paid in advance.
