With our standard display, you get 20-50 critters/ornaments (depending on size) and a marquee-type sign with your personalized message. All displays are very full and showy, guaranteed to stop traffic! Our sign has 7 lines and fits approximately 10-11 letters, numbers or spaces across. The front of the sign, which faces the street, will carry your public message. The back of the sign can display a the same public message (if you'd like to remain anonymous to add to the surprise) -OR- it can display your personal message. We have dozens of messages for every occasion that are oriented to each display -OR- you can use any phrase you create. Please note: We don't display offensive messages.

Refund Policy

All lawn greeting rentals must be paid in advance via PERSONAL CHECK, CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

We will refund your money in full if:

You cancel your lawn greeting at least 5 days in advance.
Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your lawn display.

We will NOT refund your money if:

The homeowner stops us from setting up the lawn display.
The homeowner calls and asks us to remove the lawn display.
You give us less than 5 days cancellation notice. .
You have given us the wrong address.
We cannot set up the display because: the community is gated and we can't get in.
the homeowner's dog won't let us on the lawn
any other reason we cannot set up that is beyond our control.

We will double check the address you have given us. Please be sure to let us know of any circumstances (such as the homeowners are usually awake until 1:00AM or the house has no identifying numbers) that may affect our ability to surprise your recipient.
